Consultations
Our doctors work by appointment only. You can easily schedule an appointment online or by phone at 016/23.91.45.
The online booking system is easy to use. After confirming your appointment (via email or SMS), you will receive a login and password that allow you to modify or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. After that, changes can only be made by phone.
Please note: Always scroll down completely during the booking process to ensure your appointment is correctly registered.
Important information about online appointments:

Only patients with a medical record in our practice can book an appointment online. If you are unable to do so, please call us and inform the secretariat so we can resolve this.

If no time slots are available online, there may still be openings by phone.

The online system is intended for booking appointments only, not for communication or medical questions.
Saturday Morning Consultations
These consultations are reserved for urgent medical problemsand are only made available online the evening before.
Home visits
If your medical condition prevents you from coming to the practice, you can request a home visit by calling 016/23.91.45. Please make your request before 10:00 AM.
The doctor will come by during the day.

Prescriptions
As the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (RIZIV) and the Belgian Medical Council do not allow prescriptions or medical certificates to be issued outside of a consultation, it is only possible to obtain them during an appointment as of June 1st, 2009.
Therefore, it is important to request a sufficient number of prescriptions from your doctor during your consultation.
If you require prescriptions or certificates due to a rescheduled appointment or because they were lost, an exception can be made. In that case, they can be collected during consultation hours, starting one day after your request.
A fee will be charged in accordance with RIZIV rates.
Test Results
Via the Helena platform, test results and laboratory findings can be sent to you in a secure and legally compliant way.
To access them, go to Helena.careand log in using the Itsme app on your smartphone or your electronic ID card with a card reader.

Payment Information
Please pay by bank card or QR code on your smartphone. In exceptional cases, cash payments are accepted.
The cost of a consultation is limited to the co-payment ("remgeld"), in accordance with official RIZIV rates. All doctors in our practice are fully conventioned.
If you are covered by a foreign health insurance fund, or if your Belgian mutuality is not in order, the cost of a consultation is €33.
For certain technical examinations or evening consultations, an additional fee may be charged.
Representatives of medical companies are seen collectively by all our GPs on Thursday afternoons.
To schedule a visit, please contact our practice assistants by phone. They are available every working day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
